Need help with an old form and macro

I have an old excel sheet and macro form that fills in details of of work carried out, the problem is it is a while since I have used it and it doesnt quite work how I want it to now, it was also created for me as I am no good with macrosor forms.

I am looking for someone to get it to operate it correctly, would anyone one be interested ?

I have attached a copy of the file.

    Thanks

    Thanks,

If you open the file and the form.

The first item should say client and not client, I would like this to be a drop down box where I can select the client. The list of clients can go on the data sheet.

Contract box again a drop down from data sheet.

Valuation is manual input. The item box would be the variation number e.g. 1 and this gives the new tab when created its title.

Date box is automatic and is the day this sheet is created.

Date box below is manual input and the date the work was done.

    Description manual input

the two ref boxes come from data drop down and are ok

Resource again these boxes come from the data sheet. Sometimes when i try this it wants all the boxes filled in and crashes, i dont want it to have all the boxes filled just what ever is appicable at the time.

So how this works, I would fill in all the boxes and when i get to the resource section there my be a lot of these, so i would input the first resource detail and then click add, then the next resource etc until i am done on the last resource i click save and this would create a new tab with the form filled in and priced.

Pressing the summary button should gather all the sheets onto the summary tab.

Hope this is clear, any problems let me know.

    Regards
