    hidden vba module

    I have MS Office 2010.

I have lots of EXCEL spreadsheets which contain VBA code. I had two open. I was going to copy some code from one to the other. What happened is that the code in one of the spreadsheets is now HIDDEN. It is still there as all the references to the functions I defined still work and I can make new references to them. When I go into the Developer/Visual Basic menu I can't see the module/code where all these functions are defined. What have I done and how do I undo it?

    Hi,
Is it possible you put the code in the personal macro recorder?

Maybe attach a sample of the workbook with the hidden code and see if somebody can find it for you.

I solved it. In the VBA window I looked in the View menu and chose the Project Explorer option. In this window I expanded the Modules tab and found that somehow 3 extra modules had been created all of which were empty. I deleted each of them and was left with my original module where now I can again see my code.
