Breaks.xlsx
Please see the attached spreadsheet. In column D I Have a formula which counts down (it doesn’t work in this sheet as it relies on macros and a few other cells). What I'd like is that when this timer gets down to 5 minutes it displays a dialogue/popup box to tell me I have a break/meeting/training in 5 minutes, but to skip the line if Column A shows N/A and move to the next one.
Column A cells have the following choices Break/Meeting/Training/Learning/One To One/Sharepoint or N/A. It'd be good if the popup box pulled the info from the cells. So, for example, using the details in the attachment:
At 8:55am I would get a popup saying: "You have MEETING due in 5 minutes." (with an OK button to close)
At 9:55am I would get a popup saying: "You have BREAK due in 5 minutes." (with an OK button to close)
The next line is N/A so it would recognise this and skip it.
Then it continues on as above with the remainder of the lines.
Is this possible?
Many many thanks in advance.
