Autofill cell underneath but only if adjacent cell in next column contains data

Please see small attached file for example of problem.

What I need is macro to look at location name in column b and autofill cell underneath with same location name as long as adjacent cell in column c contains a position number.
So on the attached example I would need Manchester to autofill two cells, London autofill three cells, Cardiff six cells and so on.
Column B contains many location names and the number of positions each one has in column C varies.
The attached is just a small extract.

Any help would be appreciated.
