VBA for automatic Hyperlink population

Hello,
I have a few workbooks that I have made a Table of Contents (TOC) sheet for. Here are two modules that I use on the sheet. One module "List_Sheets" will name all of the sheets in the workbook. Another module "Auto_Open_TOC" will automatically open the TOC. Is there a way to use VBA to automatically create hyperlinks to each of the sheets that get listed after running "List_Sheets"? Any help would be much appreciated.
