    VBA and pivot table question.

    Hello all,

I have an interesting question I think. I have a sheet of data that I have created a pivot table out of (duh) and this table basically shows names in rows and sub categories that are "Errors" that these people have made. Then in the next column has the total count of said errors. Now I have added beside this chart a list of "duties" that each person has completed with the total number of items in that task, to basically give me an "error ratio". Now my problem is when this pivot table refreshes and the data changes due to size or lack or errors or more errors ect, my addition is no longer valid. Is there a vba to update my rows of formula based on the pivot table results so I do not have to manually enter this every time. I can attach a very basic example of what I am talking about. This may not make sense as it is late on a Friday and I have just finished this sheet so please ask questions if needed.
