Transpose a row into multiple columns- please help!

Hi, I have a spreadsheet that has many rows, each row with multiple columns.

I need the data in cells I298 through T298 to be put into a column while cells A298 through H298 stay as is. Basically I need to transpose the information but I need to do it for multiple rows, for example I329:T329 and I360:T360.

I know that I can use the transpose function to do this one at a time but was hoping to do it all at once.

Thanks in advance for any help!
