combine/merge 2 rows together using duplicate colomn

my 2 userforms send data to sheet3 where conditional formatting looks up duplicates,and combines them and sends to sheet4,which sort of works
but location and name on frmissued and location and name on frmret should be in seperate colomns so that i know where it was taken to and returned to also could be returned by different guy,at the minute when its combined there should be no empty spaces or it wont combine and frmret overides the data in location and name so it only tells me who brought it back, can this be done have seen loads of duplicate code but none seems to point to this
any ideas please

Is the current data in sheet4 the one that needs to be worked on?

You will need to explain what you want to be done. Your 1st post does not state that clearly.

have included update if you clear sheet3 and run frmissued
in name enter colin and in unit say 200,in id comboboxs fill each row,
ie sto194 to st0201,click all command buttons on far right,exit
start frmret do same as above on ly this time id number only looks at what the first form saved,
check the last one sometimes does not populate ,not sure why this happens
check sheet 3 what i want to do is combine these rows together and post if all are filled to sheet4 ,but dont if (ie) ,it has not been returned and date is missing and delete all the records that have been posted and related duplicates
