Post Copy Range and paste in an empty row below. Enter data via userform

    Hello,

I would like to copy a range of rows and column (eg A1:D5) that has data, formats, and formulas and paste it underneath on a new empty row. It's more like a "Template Form" that I would like to copy, and then fill out specific cells, and be able to enter via UserForm. So when i launch my userform, fill in the data, and then press the "Enter" button, Macro would copy the Range, enter data into the specific cells, and paste underneath the previous "Form" in a empty row.

    Please help!

    Thanks
