Macro that will run data-validated cell individually through the list it is based on

I have a workbook where cell E3 is a data-validated cell based on a nearby list. I would like to write a macro that runs this cell through each item in the list so that it will populate another table that uses self-referencing cells. I can do this manually by clicking through the list in cell E3. I would like to cell E3 to automatically run through each item on the list. Please see the attached workbook as it illustrates it better than I can explain here.
