Need a Macro that Hides Columns Based on Dates compared to Now()

I have a spreadsheet with multiple tabs but all set up exactly the same. The goal is to have it hide columns that are for future dates based on dates in row 3 running from b:M and compared to cell a3 which has =now(). The idea is that when the user opens the file on march 15th only the Column A, January, February and YTD columns are showing. I can not seem to find a way to run a macro that works. I have tried several to no success. I have attached a mock up of the real sheet, just without as many tabs, there are about 20 in the actual file.
