I want a code that will allow the user to select and attach a document from their computer by pressing the attach document button and the document will attach in the spaces in the second row of the table provided the cell above in the first row is selected as 'Yes'. I have attached a workbook. So a cell is selected as no the document will be attached in the cell underneath the next 'yes'. I hope this makes sense. I would like for the attachment description to just be the name of the document and not the location...
