    Command Button Macro

My Command Button stops working whenever I protect the attached worksheet, and I am told that I need a Macro to keep it working.

    I know nothing about Macros.

What Macro will keep the sheet working, when it is protected?

The Control Button is in Sheet 2.

    I am using Excel 2010.

    Hi mgs

Don't see a Button...where is it and what's it meant to do?

Hello - No macro is needed here...
Cell E10 is the problem.. Cell E10 needs to stay "unlocked" when you protect your sheet.
You could "copy" & "past" that cell to another unused area of the sheet. (Cell O1 for example) - Than hide column O - Then protect your sheet.

The Button (green, and called "The odometer displays...") is on the "Print Me" page.
It determines whether the odometer entries (on the "Field Sheet" page) are in miles or kilometres.
The intention, is to minimise/simplify the motorist's data input (on the "Field Sheet" page), and make the necessary conversions.

    Hello again mgs.

I wrote "copy" & "paste" - It should be "CUT" & "past".
