Code to randomly select from a list based on Cell text value inptted

Good day all once again,

I am trying to produce an Audit Scheduler worksheet (sample attached) that will randomly select forms & procedures to audit based on the department selected (generated from a UserForm), the individual department forms & procedures are referenced in a list format on a separate sheet, not having much luck here guys & in desperate need of assistance, as always thank you greatly for any help - Marco
