"Interactive" Map functionality

Hi,

I am trying to make an interactive map in Excel. I have a vector map of the world (see attached) and I would like to know how to make information pop up when the mouse hovers over a country or is clicked on.

I am aware that there is a command to make a message appear when the mouse hovers over a message box, but not sure how to translate that into what I have.
