Copying cell value into a varying amount of rows

Hello,

In Column A, I have a list of non-duplicative 5-digit #'s in a column. In the column B, I have a count for each number. I would like to copy the number in column A into a separate sheet for the amount of times for its respective count.

For instance, in Sheet 2 cell A2, I have the number 60009 and a count of 5 in cell B2. I would like to take the number 69000 and copy and paste it in sheet 1 in rows A2:A6 (5 times). Then, I would like to move to the next number in Sheet 2 (cell A3), take that number and copy and paste it for its respective count, starting in Sheet 1 cell A7 (so it does not overwrite previous copy/paste).

I have attached a sample spreadsheet, with the first number in above example completed and highlighted in yellow and the second number highlighted in blue.

Thank you so much for your help. Both codes worked great! Also showed me ways beyond basic for count loops to accomplish tasks like these. Thanks again!
