error msg if data is intered wrong

Hi
I have a spread sheet that keeps a running total of hours and minutes worked in week.
The times have to be entered in hours and minutes with AM or PM. Example: 8:05 AM
Is there a way to have a message box come up if the times are not entered properly?

Use Data Validation.

Data --> Data Validation --> Allow: Time, Data: Between, Start Time: 12:00:00 AM, End Time: 11:59:00 PM
