Macro to copy row data based on a condition from several workbooks.

Please help me with a Macro that can be used to speed-up and assist me in extracting complete data rows from 100’s of workbooks. I’ve attached a sample file:

Tab 1 – Is how my data is in each workbook
Tab 2 – Is the Output I’m requesting help on
Tab 3 – Is the Log report
