Help with chart

I am looking for a macro to draw a chart for part of the data based on a certain value. I am enclosing a sample file for better understanding. I want the macro to look at a certain value, namely 15:15:00, in column C and then plot a chart from that particular row to the last row with values in column C on x (horizontal) axis and values in column G on Y (vertical) axis. The chart should appear preferably at .left 350, .top 500 position. In the present file, the value 15:15:00 appear at row no. 361 and the last row no is 379, so the chart range should cover rows 361 to 379. I wish to draw the charts in all the files in a folder. All files have only one sheet and I use Excel 2000. I would appreciate any help in this matter.
