Monte Carlo Simulation

Hi, can someone please help me with Monte Carlo Simulation, below I have attached the spreadsheet that I am working on, and also the list of tasks that I need to complete in a word document,

at the moment, I am on number 8 task, I have done the first 7 and there are 2 left,(though I am not sure if I did number 4 task correctly), could someone please help me, since I am new to VBA and that is where I have gotten stuck, I would be forever grateful if someone tries.

First of all, chapeau bas for the macro you did on Monte-Carlo. Is there a way to develop an excel workbook and do monte-carlo simulation but for a SCHEDULE (i.e to analyze estimated durations with Monte-Carlo)?
