Deleting rows not highlighted by conditional formatting

Hello,

I have a conditional format in column A which is highlighting cells that match another sheet and leaving the ones that don't match as unhighlighted.

What I would like to do is have a formula or macro that deletes the unhighlighted rows.

Is there an easy way to do this?
