Hi,
I'd like to write a macro or to create an automated process to add some columns and transform some data.
In Column 1, the operating hours are in this format:

Mon-Thu 11:30 am - 9:30 pm Fri 11:30 am - 10 pm Sat 10 am - 10 pm Sun 10 am - 9:30 pm
OR, they may not include every day of the week:
Mon-Wed 6 pm - 11 pm Thu-Sat 5:30 pm - 11 pm

We'd like to take that information, and split it between a number of columns showing the opening and closing hours in each column. I'm attaching an example for review.

Can any one help me in this please.
