Hi every body

I have a Database which it must filled by some user , I want to Tracking them by date and clock like below

for example:

User1 : logged in at 9 am 2013-03-10
and filled some column in his /her sheet which protected by his/her password and can't see another sheets or edit its

and I am admin and I wants to tracking my users (user1 ,2 ,3 , . . . ) for when they are logged in or logged out and which data they filled in that tmie
