    SpellNumber function to use in the script

    Dear Friends
    Can someone help me to correct the following code.
    I use a function called SpellNumber and it works ok as a normal function like =SpellNumber (b6) which converts the number to words.
    But I want to use the same in VB and I use the following line but gives me error

    I know there is something wrong in the above code as I am not good in VB, please help me

    If you're using the example from MS (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/213360) then it's not a worksheet function - remove the WorksheetFunction qualifier.
