Clearing message boxes from screen as macro runs

As part of a macro I have several message boxes alerting the user and requesting information. These however persist on the screen rather than disappear when OK is selected making it frustrating to the user!

Does anyone know how to clear the message boxes? I have attempted to screenupdate but without success.

    Hello prestopr,

Why not post your workbook and see if others experience the same problem?
    Sincerely,
