Excel VBA Training Courses

I have been receiving loads of help on that forum, that I really recommand !!

I'd like to start learning macro/vba and also contribute to solving thread.

Can you please tell me where should I begin?

I'd like to start with nice books to guve me an idea and also some recommandation for onsite course that my boss won't probably afford ;-(
