Need help linking a combo box to a pivot table report filter.

I know nothing about VBA code but I need to link a combo box to a pivot table report filter for a dashboard I'm creating. A sample file is attached. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks and have a great day.

I have created a second combobox but if I change the name of the ActiveX Control tp "ComboBox2" it will not get linked.

Hope you can help me understanding this? I've been searching for a port like this for the all weekend.
