Adding a formula to a cell adjacent to a dynamic dataset

Hello All!
I am trying to add a formula to cells in a column next to a dynamic dataset. The formula changes based on the characteristics of the data (I believe I can handle this) and the number of rows change based on the subject being analyzed. Example:

And:

Basically, I am going to generate scatterplots for each of the subjects based on the X and Y Axis columns. I am having trouble with the code that will write in the formula for these columns (only in the rows were data exists).
