Declaring Variables of Active sheet and another opened through FileDialog.

This previously posted under “FileDialogPicker” tread title, not marked that as solved due to my inability to Declare the Variables
of the two Workbooks in question and complete the code to test it. Could someone be so kind as to have a look the Declared or
not so Declared Variables for me and put me right? Then I can mark both as solved.

The more I have read and studied examples the more confused I have become!!!
