removing features, headings problem

I have a macro to remove the headings and the ribbon from all worksheets in my workbook.

The code is in the Thisworkbook code. I was wondering if there is a way to make this code apply to just this workbook but if I open another workbook at the same time it will not re-run the code. and let em see the workbook in it's normal state. At the moment it is not letting me even access another workbook.

As you might realise I'm pretty new to vba
