    Creating blocks of questions

I’m trying to run macro and I ‘m trying to build a block “x” name that could do this:

For example make cells A1 to cells c10 as one block, so I will end up with 3 columns and 10 rows, in each row I will have a different question, I will probably have up to 20 different blocks, one after the other one.
My problem is that in the future I will end up adding new questions to each of the different blocks so I’m trying to find a solution that will allow me to add this questions inside the block without creating another macro.

For each block could it be possible to make it recognizable by the first question and the last one as they will never change.
I hope someone could help me
