I have created a macro that runs for 1 minute, 30 sections. The macro is in a sheet which is shared with a number of people. I want to create a pop with a time to show how much time is left when they click the button that runs the macro. I have create the time in a cell, but I only want the timer to appear (in a pop-up window) when the macros is run....then disappear once completed.

you would be better using a progress indicator, as the time may vary depending on computer used.
