VBA code to unlock a cell if a certain cell's value is greater than 6

Hi, rookie here. Looking for the VBA code to unlock a cell, if a certain cell's(different cell) value is greater than 6.

I'm thinking this is simple, but figured I better ask the pros.
Any info would be greatly appreciated!

Just to be a little more specific....I want it to look at the value of cell B29 and if it's greater than 6.00 I want it to unlock cell B34.
