Macro Problem

I’m trying to run macro and I ‘m trying to build a block “x” name that could do this:
For example make cells A8 to cells B16 as one block, so I will end up with 2 columns and 8 rows, in each row I will have a different question, I will probably have up to 20 different blocks, my problem is that in the future I will end up adding new questions to each of the different blocks so I’m trying to find a solution that will allow me to add this questions inside the block without creating another macro.
For each block could it be possible to make it recognizable by the first question and the last one as they will never change
