copying data from excel files in a source folder to target folder

Hi

I would require a macro to copy multiple files in a source folder to a new target folder.

the source files are in a existing format, while copying the data should be moved to a new standard format.

i would need to move all the files from one format to new format in one go.

sample files are given in this post.

like User firstname in source file is in cell B1, where as in new format it is in D1
