Combine multiple excel files to one

Dear Everyone,

I have got 1000 employees performance appraisal forms in softcopy. i need to combine everyones score into one excel file and that too according to their badge nos. can someone help me to solve it. i have attached sample excel performance appraisal forms and also the main workshet where i require the data to be entered. kindly go through the attached files and pls help me in making my work easier.thanks in advance.
