Cool Now you see it, now you don't - Use XML to hide/unhide standard Ribbon tabs?

If this can't be done, please tell me! (But explain why so I know too!)

I want to hide/unhide the standard ribbon tabs. Here's the catch - I want to do it with XML and the getVisible set in VBA.

(I am not interested in hiding/unhiding the ribbon tabs through VBA only).
