Combining multiple rows into one row

I would like to consolidate multiple rows into one row. An example is attached, with beginning and ending versions on each tab.

I need to move each of the "New Task" columns (N-U) to one line based on each "house" number (column B). The final version lists the "New Task" numbers out to the far side, as there could be many numbers and it could extend out very far.

In your raw data in your original file, are columns V to Y listed after M? Or they can be listed in any column since you can have any number of "New Task" columns?

Columns V to Y can be put in any column in the final product.
