VBA code: appear items of option button to a listbox

Hello!

Is it possible to assign items in an option button and when selected the items will appear in a list box for users to view?

I have a userform with 4 option buttons, 1 list box, and a command button. What I want is to assign specific items in each option buttons, and whenever an option button is selected, the user will be able to view the items in the list box and select those items to be populated in the worksheet through a command button.

Please help me.....
