Count the # of times a name appears in a "data" sheet, add to other sheet

Hello,

I have a workbook that contains 5 worksheets. 4 of the worksheets contain lists of names. Each sheet being a different shift at the company. The 5th worksheet contains data that will be pasted in every week (keeping the same format).

Within that data it shows the user that created that data. I am looking for a macro that scans and counts the number of times someone's name appears, then adds the total to that individuals name in the shift worksheets.

In the sample, I have not supplied a sample data sheet. Hoping it can be done without providing one due to the material on it.
