Sum up the column and export

Hey guys,

I am new here, and trying to program a macro for work and I am not the best with excel

-I need a macro to sum columns C through J from the second line to the end of the columns. Basically the sum formula needs to be in the first empty row because the Number of rows changes on a daily basis.
- next I need to copy and paste special the value the result of that row in a need sheet.

I try to record the macro but since the number of line changes on a daily basis it does not work. I found a macro that brings me to the first empty cell in colum C, but I still need to sum that cell and auto fill to column J. Then export.

Is it possible? I appreciate any help
