Question Right-click a toolbar and select Control Toolbox.

Good morning all! I am new at this VBA thingy and am running into a small problem. I am following the instructions http://www.techrepublic.com/blog/mso...heck-boxes/203 and am getting stuck at item #31. Can someone point me in the right direction. am I to find this in the worksheet itself or should I still be in VBA??

You would be in the worksheet view for this.

    It's an ugly tutorial.

Indeed it is a beastly looking thing. I was doing ok until I reached item number 31. When I right click upon the toolbar and ribbon, I see no such command frustration.

Re: Right-click a toolbar and select Control Toolbox.

To achieve the result intended by the tutorial:
    right-click ribbon
    customize the ribbon
tick in 'Developer' on right-hand side
    OK
    open developer ribbon
    Insert
You want the ActiveX control checkbox - although I would recommend form controls (for many reasons) - but if I start going down this line I'll be rewriting that tutorial.

Top tip - some of the guys on here have links to all sorts of useful resources in their signatures - try them
Second top tip - a great way to practice this stuff is to see if you can solve a problem raised by someone, or just follow an example provided by an 'expert'
