Thank you for providung this code, If I change the 1,2, or 3, is that what controls the timing?
I have just used it and worked (as it is aboove) from a button and it is very clever, Could it work automatically when the workbook is opened?

Yes, the timing is controlled by the 1,2,3. Yes, it could be called with the Workbook_Open event:
