Create course wise list and send email

Dear All,

I have a excel file with me which contains the name, roll number and email IDs of student and also a list of courses for which they have registered. I want to write a macro which can give me each course list with the name, roll number and email ID of the student who has written 'Register' against the course. Once I am done with this list, I want to send this list to the email ID mentioned in each course as an attachment.

Can some one help write this macro
