VBA or Macro code to insert pictures in cell

Hello,

I've been trying to figure out a code for inserting a picture into a specific cell on my worksheet if a text string matches the name of the .jpg file. Please find attached my worksheet template.

In the attached file, I'm trying to make technical sheets for items based on a template that I've created. Basically, I want Excel to look up a picture (say from C:\Documents\Pictures\"itemA.jpg") and insert it in cell A15 if the name of the picture ("itemA.jpg") matches the text string in cell C9.

I would greatly appreciate it if someone would show me how I go about doing that? Also, the picture that has been recently inserted needs to be re-sized to a specific length and height.

Any help is tremendously appreciated!
