Using multiple checkboxes as an index page to hide/unhide worksheets

Hi, i am new to this forum and only have a very basic self taught knowedge of VBE, hopefully it is ok to post a question like this on a first post, appologies if not.

I have created an index sheet which i want to unhide the relevent worksheets when checked, and hide the relevent worksheets when unchecked, i have tried various scripts but keep going round in circles.

I have attached the file incase it is need to understand the requirements.

Any help would be hugley appreciated!
