Runtime error...53; unable to debug

Hello All....

I am a newbeee to VB and hence finding this error to debug difficult...

I have attached the code for you to help (this code is written based on help received from this forum.. many thanks)

the error is at Line44 (Open Close)

I think you need the path and file name to open the file.
