Deleting part of cell contacts, replacing or keeping some

Hello,

Is it possible to search for certain strings in a cell, deleting some content, and replacing with different strings?

Attached is a sample of what is needed. The result is pasted in column C, however, a replacement is only needed to be done in
column A.

I don't have the code handy right now but was using Cel.Value - not sure if that's important.
