Convert text to numbers and move appropriate rows to another sheet.

Hi Guys
I have a column of numbers as text. I can convert it to a number but not automatically or in a Macro that will recognise it so that it can be converted. I know it can be easily done but cannot think my way through.
I want to have a Macro or function what will recognise the cells as numbers, *** off the superfluous apostrophe and zeros leaving me with a clean number. I then want to move these rows out of this sheet into another.
I have popped us an Excel book with two sheets what I have and what I want.
Eventually I will want to remove the rows with numbers to another sheet called numbers and have showed that on the sheets though if I get the first bit would be great.

1) I ran the added macro.

2) Then I used CNTRL + H

seek '

replace all (leave empty)

Replace all

3) Then I selected the whole range and choose for sort on column F from small to large.
excel 2007 => data => sort
