Find and Replace a string in a XML code, using a CommandButton

I need a VBA code to a CommandButton.

I made my own Excel Ribbon, using RibbonX Designer and have a CustomUI14 XML I need to change, using the CommandButton.
I need all the idMso="Tabxxx" visible="false" to change to idMso="Tabxxx" visible="true"

Later I need to change all back to visible="false", without it have any affect at all the Tabs, which already was visible="true", as idMso=TabPrintPreview" visible="true" is in my Ribbon.

I believe the Find&Replace Code should contain each specific idMso I need to change.

Anybody who can help me with a code like this ?

I knew this question was a hard nut to crack and therefor I contacted Andy Pope, who made the Editor and he helped me.
The solution is already in his Editor and with some help from Andy I understood how to make the settings.

Attached a little example, how an own Ribbon is made and how to show and hide Excel's Ribbon.
